The Black Swan is a nice example of the unusual Australian fauna. Swans live all over the world, always being mostly or totally white - everywhere, exept for Australia. Here, they are of nearly spotless Black.

Still, in January / February they seemed to have itchy feathers. As I suppose, it was their moulting season.
