Giant Grass TreeRichea pandanifolia may remind people of a lot of plants - but hardly to the relationsship it really belongs to. Indeed, it is a terribly oversized heath! The plant is remarkable and gets noticed, but there's not many information available about it in the internet. As often, some "authors" copied each other. I don't need to join that game, so I keep quiet about the plant itself and only add where I found it: in moist areas as Cradle Mountain NP and Hartz NP - at least the places do remind to the heath family. ![]() ![]()
